Asterisk Set up

Setting up Asterisk integration requires an IT Admin to add the integration in the Mitimes IT Admin area, and to add a URL endpoint to their Asterisk webhook configuration. 

Set up Instructions

In IT Admin, add a new Asterisk integration: 

Select the correct Json format, enter your PBX ID and submit. You may need to get your PBX ID from your PBX provider. 

You’ll see that the webhook isn’t generated until you complete the configuration and submit. 

After submitting, the endpoint link will be generated. Copy the link and add it to your PBX webhook configuration. 

Enable the integration by ticking ‘Enabled’ and submit.
